REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY FOR CLICKSALIS

At CLICKSALIS, we strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If you are not satisfied with your product, we offer a refund or return policy as outlined below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may return items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange, provided that the items meet the following conditions:

  • The item is unused and in its original packaging.
  • The item is not a final sale product or customized product.
  • The item is returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Some items are not eligible for returns. These include:

  • Gift cards.
  • Perishable goods.
  • Custom-made or personalized items.
  • Opened or used products that cannot be resold.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our customer service team at info@clicksalis.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Provide your order number, the reason for the return, and any supporting documentation or photos if applicable.
  • We will issue a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions for returning the item.
  • Return the item to the specified address using a trackable shipping method. You are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the item was defective or incorrect.

4. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days and issued to the original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where we made an error.

5. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.

6. Defective or Damaged Items

If your product is defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide a prepaid return label and issue a full refund or replacement, including shipping charges.

7. International Returns

For international orders, you are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes on returned items. Returns from outside the U.S. must be shipped using a trackable method.
